APC nominations to the IGC NomCom

apologies for not posting separately, but i've done a lot of writing today..

For you information, this is a summary of APC nominations to the IGC 
nomcom today..

I will also, on behalf of the privacy and security working group, be 
sending an endorsement of rikke and robin's nominations (as the HR 
caucus has also done)
