Thanks for the opinions and support expressed so far.
It would be good that the vast majority of caucus members express  
themselves on the continuation (or not) of the caucus: it's also a  
way to confirm participation to its activities and positions, since  
we have 66 members (see http://www.iris.sgdg.org/actions/smsi/hr-wsis/ 
#6). It's also a question of clarity and legitimacy of the mandate,  
if things later appear to be done in a hurry, like it happened many  
times during WSIS.

For the sake of easy management of the discussion, it would be  
preferable that we keep different threads on this list to discuss  
different issues. Let's keep this one on process/continuation/rules  
of the caucus, and start other ones to discuss substance.
