My strong recommendation is to expand the * human rights * perspective of ICT venues to include CyberTorts.  Having been actively involved much here for some time, and any participation/help I can be in this area will be a pleasure. Have litigated, taught and moderated Internet groups re  same (personal harm as compared to public i.e. CyberCrime, both very values laden).
