thanks bill, for passing this on..
i can take comments until about midday
of course, we're not looking for HR caucus endorsements of the statement
perse (thought that would be excellent) but there hasn't been time for
discussion, but i would like to make sure any references to HR and the UDHR
are as accurate as possible - and as bill notes, i don't feel the text
quite does it yet
