Further to bill's message, could you please send endorsements to:

ct-endorse@wsis-cs.org - not the ct or plenary lists - and only include
your endorsement ie

xxxx organisation endorses the CS Declaration, address etc -  in the body
of your message...

The final draft of the English version of
Civil Society Declaration of the first phase
of the World Summit on the Information Society
is available at the following URL in

We expect to have Spanish and French translations late tomorrow (Dec 9th)
