high commissioner for human rights statement on HRs & IS
Dear Friends,
The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights has issued a "note" on the information society and human rights, which is now available on their website (PDF format, English only at this point). The document, in my view, encapsulates well some of the key challenges and opportunities of the Information Society in the protection and promotion of human rights. Check it out:
