Hi,
I'm forwarding you a message from Christine Ferrier (OMCT), a member of
this HR caucus. The message is in French, but Christine is backing
Diana's concern and suggestion regarding De Mello: the letter should
directly be addressed to Bertrand Ramcharan, the Deputy High
Commissioner, who is replacing De Mello.
