[hr-wsis] Fwd: [wsis-prep1] UNESCO Forum: content issues

You'll find in the following an invitation by Sally Burch to contribute
to the UNESCO on-line forum for civil society on WSIS. Sally is the
moderator of the part of this forum related to content issues.

As far as I'm concerned, I consider that these kind of on-line
institutional forum serve more their organizers (here the UNESCO, but
the WSIS civil society secretariat has also tried its own forum) than
the contributors, who should rather concentrate their time and efforts
to provide a well structured contribution to make their points. Nothing
can ensure that these contributions will be taken into account, but at
least they cannot be as easily manipulated and instrumentalized as messy
on-line forum.

However, I'm forwarding the information :-)
