[hr-wsis] Fwd: [wsis-prep1] UNESCO online discussion for PrepCom 2

Hi all,

Here is a short report by Peter Benjamin (APC) on the last UNESCO
meeting on on-line participation to the WSIS.
Attendance to this meeting was by invitation only, and was supposed to
include only accredited NGOs (from the list of participants, this was
not exactly the case).
